With over 49 years of operational and consulting experience in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering, Mr. Ashok Badve is a pioneer of the MOST® concept in India since 1994. His illustrious career includes senior management roles in organizations like MES, Durgapur Steel Ltd., Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., and Bajaj Auto Ltd., specializing in Human Resource Development and Industrial Engineering.

Mr. Rahul Badve

Director. MOST® Instructor

With 17 years of consulting expertise in Industrial Engineering and Lean Manufacturing, Mr. Rahul Badve previously worked with Pferd Tools Pvt. Ltd., a German engineering leader. At Lean Pro and UMAS, he leads and manages consulting projects, strategizes new product introductions, and drives business growth initiatives alongside successful project implementations.

Ms. Prajakta

Finance Head & MOST® Instructor

Prajakta brings 17 years of experience in Finance and Project Management. She excels in developing and implementing financial management goals, policies, and procedures. Prajakta leads project planning, coordination, and team management, ensuring timely and budget-compliant project completion while fostering a quality-focused team environment.
